To download the product you have purchased, please follow these steps:

• Go to www.prep4sure.com;
• Login to Member's Area using the Username (Email Address) and Password;
• Your purchased exam will be visible in the "Current Products" section. Click on the required Exam to Download.

You can download the complete Prep4sure Manual (PDF) in your Member's Area in the left column. In case of further queries, please contact support@prep4sure.com for assistance.

You can install Prep4sure Testing Engine on a maximum number of 2 (two) PCs/devices. To use the engine on more than 2 PCs/devices, you need to purchase an additional license which can be easily done during the checkout process. Installing the engine on more than bought license number of PCs/devices will lead to your account being blocked.

You can use Retrieve Forgotten Password form to get your password yourself. If you don't remember your Username (Email Address) you can email to the Support Team support@prep4sure.com stating the product you purchased and the date of purchase. Team will locate your Password and respond back.

The Interactive Testing engine is connected with the Server if the product is activated for online use. Once you start your product every time, Question & Answers are updated automatically when connected to the Internet.

Prep4sure provides FREE updates for its products for 90 days from the date of purchase of the original product. On expiration the product(s) will become unavailable.

Our products are updated on daily basis. Once the certification vendor updates the exam course we update our products within a matter of hours. This way our products provide up to date exam material reflecting the current exams.

Expired products can be repurchased/renewed at 30% discount from within your Members' Area for another 90 day access.

In accordance with the Prep4sure Licensing Program, Questions & Answer products can be purchased for 6 months and 1 year access on special request. This option is mainly suitable for large scale organizations, institutes/corporate sector. Contact manager@prep4sure.com for more information.

PDF Version is a document of Questions & Answers product in industry standard .pdf file format, which is easily read using Acrobat Reader (free application from Adobe), or many other free readers, including OpenOffice, Foxit Reader and Google Docs. It is only available as an add-on to our main Testing Engine product.

Prep4sure updates PDF Version together with the Testing Engine. The updated version of PDF Version can be downloaded from the Member's Area at any time.

Only up-to -date and latest exam material is provided by Prep4sure so only necessary Questions for the exam are available in the product. Our Product Team make sure that there are no redundant or unnecessary questions in the product after the update.
